The conference and meeting room is suitable for a wide range of needs; from meetings, training workshops, seminars, exhibitions to private social functions, it can comfortably acommodate up to 30 delegates.

Room Hire Price List

MeetingWe can offer either a conference rate or a room hire rate as detailed below. The daily conference rate includes room hire, place cards, flip charts, whiteboard with marker pens and jugs of water.
Delegates can enjoy a choice of menus:

Freshly brewed coffee or tea
Scone (fruit or cheese)
£3.50 per person

Option 2
Selection of sandwiches with crisps
Freshly brewed coffee or tea
Traybake
Glass of water
£7.50 per person

Option 3
Homemade soup and selection of sandwiches
Freshly brewed coffee or tea and biscuits
Glass of water
£8.30 per person

Option 4
Homemade soup and a roll
Pasta dish
Freshly brewed coffee or tea and biscuits
Glass of water
£11.00 per person

Option 5
Homemade mini quiche and salad or homemade soup and a roll
Sausage and mash with gravy or chilli con carne with rice
Dessert (fruit kebabs/brownies)
Freshly brewed coffee or tea
Glass of water
£13.50 per person

Additional beverages (Mineral water, juice, tea, coffee) - £1.50
Wine - £3.00 a glass, £11 a bottle.

Room hire will be applied to:
• The delegate rates for parties of less than 10
• Non catering events (coffee at £1.00, coffee and scones can be provided at £2.50 per head or bacon sandwiches at £3.00 each)

In respect of the above, additional beverages and alcoholic refreshment can be purchased separately.

If you do have any special requests or dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to contact the manager; we will need seven days notice of any special food requirements. We will do everything to accommodate your needs and make your visit to the Loraine Room a memorable and enjoyable one.

Half day bookings will only be taken between 8.00am - 1.30pm, 2.00pm - 6.00pm or 6.30pm - 10.30pm. Any booking spanning these hours will be charged the full rate.

Flip chart, stand and pen £10 per day
Whiteboard and pens £10 per day
Projector Screen £8.50 per day
Projector Hire £25 per day
